Noel Munger

As a paralegal on the Tenants’ Rights team, Noel Munger provides direct services to tenants and supports Centro Legal’s attorneys on their case work. He helps clients navigate legal remedies for habitability violations, harassment, unlawful eviction, and unlawful rent increases. His work supports tenants in the areas of eviction defense, administrative hearings in the Oakland Rent Adjustment Program, and affirmative litigation.
