Immigration Staff Attorney
Julia Rabinovich joined Centro Legal in February 2017 as an immigration staff attorney representing immigrants in removal proceedings. Prior to joining Centro Legal, Julia was an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, where she represented employees in wage-and-hour and discrimination class actions. Previously, Julia clerked for the Honorable Richard A. Paez of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Keith P. Ellison of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Julia received her J.D. from Stanford Law School and her B.A. from Columbia University. During law school, Julia participated in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, and interned at Planned Parenthood, ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project, and Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach. Julia’s passion for immigrants’ rights grew out of her own family’s experience as refugees from the former Soviet Union.
