David Hall
Managing Attorney
David joined the Tenants’ Rights practice at Centro Legal de la Raza in 2021. He represents tenants in unlawful detainer proceedings, as well as rent board and housing authority hearings. David joins Centro from a stint as a housing attorney/clinical supervisor at the East Bay Community Law Center. He previously operated the Law Office of David Hall in Oakland where he represented residential tenants. Prior to that he worked for the Neighborhood Law Corps in the Oakland City Attorney’s Office and volunteered with the Public Interest Law Project and Tenants Together.
David has a B.S in Anthropology and History from James Madison University and an M.A. in Rhetoric and Cultural Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
