Workers’ Rights Staff Attorney
Deylin joined Centro Legal’s Workers’ Rights program in September 2015, Deylin graduated from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in May 2015, and received his B.A. from Occidental College in Los Angeles. He has dedicated his career to protecting and furthering the rights of the Bay Area’s low-income community through internships at the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center, the Tenderloin Housing Clinic and at U.C. Hastings’ Workers’ Rights, Community Economic Development and Individual Representation Clinics. During law school, Deylin also served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal and a Board member of the Hastings Employment and Labor Law Students Association. At Centro Legal, Deylin fights to protect and further the rights of day laborers and low-income workers through direct representation in litigation, legislative advocacy and community empowerment.
